Barre + Cardio [Orange Only]

Barre + Cardio features our signature Tone Barre class with a slight cardio twist designed to keep your heart rate elevated during class. Short cardio bursts are interspersed throughout the hour along with a low impact alternative so just because cardio isn’t your thing doesn’t mean this class isn’t for you! Our Barre + Cardio class closely mirrors our signature Tone Barre class with the exception of the short cardio bursts so don’t be afraid to try this class even if you are new to Tone Barre! Tone Barre Lite [Orange Only]

Want to participate in a Tone Barre class but at a lighter pace? Then Tone Barre Lite is for you! A milder paced fusion of classical mat Pilates, free weights, and elements of our signature Tone Barre class, Tone Barre Lite features a deeper level of stretching as well as an emphasis on core work and correct form. This mind body workout will provide the same sculpting benefits as our signature Tone Barre classes, but at a slower pace. If you are new to Tone Barre this workout is a great place to start and if you are experienced at Tone Barre this class is a perfect way to focus on body positioning and increase core strength. Tabata [Orange Only]

Want to add more cardio to your Tone Barre experience? Then Tabata is for you! Tabata begins with our signature warm-up before moving into a fast-paced fusion of cardio and plyometric movements performed to Tabata style intervals of 20 seconds high intensity followed by 10 seconds rest. Tabata will challenge your whole body leaving you feeling the burn in addition to a definite sense of accomplishment. Not recommended for those just beginning a workout routine, as Tabata will deliver an unforgettable heart pumping, sweat drenching, powerhouse workout!
